Milk or water? How to mix your kencko smoothies

One of the most frequent questions we get is, “What should I mix my kencko with?” We put together this little Mixology 101 to help you decide.

 

We made kencko to go wherever you go, and that’s why it works just fine with plain, cold water (chilled for preference, definitely not hot or sparkling!) The one exception is our chocolatey protein smoothie golds, which is designed to shine when combined with the creaminess of something like oat or almond milk. But you’ll find that all your favorite flavors take on a whole new character when you switch things up a bit.

With a twist: Blend with half plain yogurt or kefir, half water for a gut-friendly turmeric lassi
